Remote access with a twist......

Hi Guys/gals,
Two app related Qs for the techies out there -

1. Does anyone know of an app that would allow me to share my ipad screen remotely with another PC/MAC? I know i can access my PC from my Ipad, but i need to be able to reverse the client/server relationship and access the ipad from the PC/MAC.

2. Is it feasible to connect a video camera via either usb (camera connecter) or Bluetooth and display the view from the video camera on the ipad screen in real time?

I know they both sound a bit bizarre but it is for a specific (legal!) purpose.
