Remove app

How do I remove an app that is "loading" but instal does not finish. I tried shut down and restart, also there is no corner x to delete app

How did you shut down and restart?

You must push both buttons (ON/OFF and Home) simultaneously for approx. 10 - 15 Seconds for a proper restart. Everything else is just a kind of sleep mode.

MarkK thank u so much, u were right I was not shutting down correctly. It worked to remove the app
