Remove my apple id from old device

Hi,
How to remove my apple ID from my old device.I gave it to my son.And everytime he access app store from the device,it always conneted with my apple ID.Is it possible to remove it? And changed with his own apple ID?

Ps.
I've jailbroken my old device.so i can't reset all setting and content.

But can't you simply log out of iTunes on the iPad?

'Settings', 'Store', 'Sign Out'....

Also log out of the App Store and iBooks Store (if you have iBooks installed).

Each of these logins are separate. At least I'm pretty sure they are.
