Hi, need help!

I did run that " erase all settings and ..." i loaded and when (i think) it was ready , there is only apple logo on screen. I tried that home + up button. it reboots but still there is only apple logo and cant do anythink;( can someone wise help me !?

To restore everything, I hope you did a back up via iTunes. Hopefully, you have. If you have a back up, go to the PC that you first connected your iPad, and restore your software.
