Resetting ipad 4

I used my Apple ID to download an app on another ipad. Now the other ipad has access to my email account. Can I reset that ipad without deleting the purchased apps and doc on my ipad?

You could delete the app on the other iPad and sign out of your Apple account on that iPad. That would stop the other iPad from accessing your email account, as well as removing your app from the iPad. It won't affect your iPad at all.
You can also reset the other iPad, if you want, without it affecting your iPad.

Make sure you have signed out of your Apple ID on the other iPad and all should be fine.
