Resizing photos on ipad?

How can I resize photos? Make them bigger or smaller pixel wise.
I have iphoto but can't seem to find that option.

Hi & welcome to the forum - please refer to THIS THREAD from a few months ago - my posts refer to an app called Photogene which permits 're-sizing' of images (i.e. change pixel resolution); the steps are explained - NOW, there are other options, but I'll stop there until you are able to review the thread - Dave
