Restore

Hi everyone;
Is there any possible way to restore the iPad with out loosing contacts and Calendar?
I mean how can save my contacts and calendar details in iTune?

on my mac, every change i make in my address book or ical gets synced to my idevices automatically. not sure for windows though. i do believe there is a setting on one of the tabs when the ipad is plugged in where you can have it sync that info every time you sync through itunes. i can't recall off the top of my head which one though.

oh and if you sync before the restore, just restore from the backup it just created and the contacts and calendar info will be right back in place.

sycn it to google too. after restore, you can sync it back to Ipad again.
