Exchanging iPad 2. What do I need to do?

I'm exchanging a 16gb for a 32gb w/ 3G. Still in my return period. I searched and after 10 min thought I'd just ask as info may be helpful to others.

How do I wipe my info from the device?

Do I need to do anything to disassociate the device from my iTunes account?

Easiest way is just to do a restore in iTunes. Don't restore from a previous backup but setup as new device.

You can also wipe the iPad without using iTunes:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
