"Rich Text For Mail"

... is a new tweak available for $4.99 (USD) on the Cydia store.

Wow!

With it, you can make text (in your e-mail) that is bold, italicized, highlighted, with a strike through, a different font, many varying sizes, different colors or underlined.

Finally, a way to make your e-mail more than just plain text. Yay!

I've downloaded it and it works great. Just thought y'all might like to know...

Is there no free option ?

If not that is sad that one has to pay even for basic bold 1/ italics on e mail.

Well, supposedly, iOS 5 is coming this fall with rich text editing for e-mail.

If I'd only known....! :D

However, TBH, I don't regret the purchase for the past couple of months I've had it. I've used it and am quite pleased with the effects.

May I suggest that if you don't wish to pay for it ... hang in there and iOS 5 will be here before you know it.

Just now I tested sending mail from safari ...webmail..using hotmail where I typed in mail with HTML tags ... I managed to get bold text etc... But one had to send the mail using the web and NOT the iPad mailer

Is this expected / normal ? Or ?
