The iPad screen is a multitouch surface so it will recognise more than simple left and right clicks. To achieve actions normally done with a right click on a computer you would either, depending on the app being used and the action required, double tap on the screen or tap and hold to bring up a menu to select from.

I am struggling with this. Logmein have an on screen mouse which allows you to right or left click as required. Surely this could be developed for other apps?
