Running videos on the iPad

I'm a iPad newbie but love it.

I'm involved in STEM education in our local school system. I have some short (3-5 minute) videos I'd like to download from the Internet and display on my iPad at meetings, etc. In addition to the video itself, I'd also like to "loop" one so it will play continuously. I would use only public domain videos.

Can I do that and if so, how?

I've got the same problem... YuTube videos are not enough?

They're not YouTube videos. I'd like to download videos from my professional organization (IEEE).
