Safari running on ATV?

I saw somewhere that Apple was planning to make Safari available on ATV. This idea really appeals to me, I would expect to get full HD browsing browsing on my TV and to be able to control it from Apple Remote. I know that there are hacks to do this but would rather not JB.

Has anyone heard similar rumors?

I am thinking about getting a Kogan Agora Internet Portal but might wait for the ATV option if it was really going to happen.
