Safari tabs

With the power of the IPad Air why does it have to reload a previous screen when I have other tabs open? If I don't switch for a moment it's fine but stay to long and click back on the other tab it has to reload.

This is a fairly common issue for some users. There is an OS update in the works that will hopefully correct this. It does seem to depend on what sites you visit too. For now, you can try one of the other browsers like Atomic or Chrome and they seem better behaved in this regard.
