Safe to Remove Hardware

Hi,

Is there a "Safe to Remove Hardware" procedure when disconnecting my iPad2 from my PC after Syncing?

Not that I have seen, it said I can remove it at as long as it isnt still syncing

Next to the name of the iPad there is a small symbol that you click on to eject the iPad from iTunes.

Yes but if you close Itunes it is safe right? The reason I think this is because in my task bar it doesn't show the ipad

You should be fine as long as the device is not syncing to iTunes.

when you hook ip yr ipad to itunes it should showed under "device" in the itunes task bar .. or maybe the "device" bar somehow got hidden .. ? .. just click to unhide it ... ??
