Though Galaxy Tab 10.1 iPad is very similar to iPad, it does not means Samsung is infringing upon the apple's intellectual property rights. Believe it or not, there will be more "similar to iPad". Most PCs looks the same! Local courts has no right to prohibit such an international brand products outside the European market such as Germany, Samsung is located in South Korea. Samsung shall be satisfied with this result. However, in the next few days or weeks, Samsung could face some of the same judicial wrangling.
