Saved Reddit photos?

Hey everyone! Sorry if this is been asked before but I just saved a photo from Reddit to my iPad but I can't seem to find it, any help? I know with my iPhone 4 it goes to my camera roll but it doesn't seem to show up there.

Hi use alien blue to view reddit, it has a save to photos option on it
