Saving web pages for offline viewing?

I have an ipad2 and use Safari for my browser. I would like to have the ability to save web pages for offline viewing. I would like to be able to save an exact image of a web page for viewing offline. I tried this using Instapaper, however it compressed the page removing graphics, ect. Do I need an app to do this? Will Good Reader (or another app) do this and store the web page as a pdf? Having the ability to email these pages would be nice also. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

You can try iChromy on the App Store. It's free, last time I checked. It allows offline browsing.

You might also want to look at Offline Pages which is fairly strong at doing what you describe. While Safari cannot download entire pages at the moment, there are several other browsers that can.
