Sbs settings......missing toggle buttons

I have several toggled on,but they don't show up on the swipe drop down.

How many toggles do you have enabled? You know that it pages left and right if you have more than 8 or 12 enabled? (depending on the options you set)

Forget it.only had toggle installed.
