Something that might just be a little different from all the shuffling zombie apps is the latest instalment in the very popular Scene It? trivia game series, called Scene It? Horror. The iPad gets its own special HD version of the game, with added extras including HD quality video clips; eye-popping graphics and an upscaled user interface; dynamic motion backgrounds and animations; enhanced puzzle types that fully utilise the iPad’s high-res screen; plus Death Match, a tabletop huddle mode just perfect for a Halloween party evening. All this is on top of the app’s regular features, which include a fast-paced single-player trivia mode with 30 distinct games and 15 puzzle types, as well as a multiplayer mode that enables you to connect up to four iOS devices at once, plus Facebook Connect where you can challenge friends, post scores and translate game points into Scene It? Facebook Glitz.
