1. Please post a screenshot of what you see.

2. Do you have any such app that scans screens?

TO POST A SCREENSHOT : Press the home and power button simultaneously and you will hear the iPad taking a photo and the screen will flash.

Also, you can try a reset.

RESET : Press and HOLD the home and power button simultaneously for about 10-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will NOT loose any data.

Please post back the results along with the screenshot.
