Screen recording app?

I need to make a tutorial presentation for a class I teach, does anyone know the if there is a good, cheap, or better yet free, app for recording a video screen shot, not just a photo? I am kinda new to Apple and the iPad, so any help I can get would be very grateful!

There is no software for screen recording on an iPad as yet. We are waiting patiently,
