Screen replacement

Hi guys

I bought an ipad 3 from pcworld and fortunatly took out the insurance
I broke the screen on it and they took away ipad for screen replacement

Ive just got it back but it feels different, almost plastic like and it sounds hollow when im typing
Do you think it is a not so good screen they have used?
