Screen Viewing utility/Pc and ipad notepad like app

Hi, in my business we are going to start using ipads. When a customer enters the tanning salon, they have to sign in, we want to move the sign in, to something digital and need an app for this. We would need to be able to view what the customer is typing on the ipad from our computer screen. So we can enter them in from there. Free is great but willing to pay, much appreciated!!

You could use a Google Docs Form and an App (free) called "Forms". As soon as the "Send" button is hit the data is available on a Google Spreadsheet.
