Can anyone tell me how to narrow your search when looking for apps on the app store?

On the iPad, after you do a search there will be several filters you can use at the top of the screen. They aren't great, but better than nothing.
In iTunes on the computer, after you do a search look at the top left for the Power Search. Click on it to get some filter options. Be sure to chose the category (music, apps, books) first so that you get filters appropriate to that part of the store.
Neither method is outstanding, but they can be helpful on occasion, especially the ability to filter by ratings (only on the iPad).

Same problem as my ipad... I search a song but theres no category..

Yup, but not in the itunes. You can download it in w w w w dot torrent dot com
and sync into our itunes.
