Securing videos (MP4)

I'm looking for an app to secure personal home videos that are currently stored in my videos folder, not the photo roll videos, these are MP4 videos that have been added form my Gopro camera.

Every security app I have tried will only allow my to save pics and videos that are on my camera roll?

Can you use iTunes to put the videos directly into that video app? If it supports direct iTunes sharing, all you have to do is drag the video from you computer into the app's section (under the Apps tab).

If that doesn't help, I don't have another idea, sorry. Hopefully, someone else all and will be along to post shortly.

Sorry I should have been clearer, the video file is where movies are filed on my iPad. I don't have copies of these files on my PC. The originals were deleted from my PC after I saved them to my iPad. Now I can't move the movie files back to my PC or my iTunes library. Example below:
