Sending emails

Can anybody tell me why I cannot send or reply to emails they just sit in my outbox, I have all the correct setting set up so what's going on.?

Sounds like it can't connect to the server.
Have you checked your Internet is working? Check when hitting send in the bottom left the bar will say sending. Did it work before? Who is the email account with?

Things have sorted themselves out now thanks not sure what was causing the problem as all the settings were correct, thanks for the reply
