Sharing video clips advice?

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. I have several video clips in my camera roll and I would like to try and find a way to combine them with the ability to email them. Is there any app capable of this? I have been searching and searching and not one have I found so far will let it exceed 10 minutes. Is the only way to do it this way is to just email small clips at a time?
