Sign out from gmail

Hi, from setting/mail,I deleted my gmail account because when I login thro safari to gmail apple has send me one mail but I don't known why my mail apps did not show me so I deleted my account and again I sign in but as a when I contact and my facetime both history+name gone and I did not my backup my contact on google or cloud.can they back.?

Contacts are not backed up to iCloud, because they are already stored there, if you use it.

To get your Gmail contacts back to the iPad, you'll have to enable Contacts in the email account. Then they should appear in the Contacts app again.
