Getting the following message when trying to install ( see attached screendump)

It must be a glitch in Cydia at the moment - because I, too, am getting the same error while trying to download a theme.

The only thing I can suggest is to try again later (which is what I am going to do).

Seems to be ok now guys, have just updated a couple of my themes ;-)
