I use an app from the App Store called iResize. It's $.99 (USD), but it works for me. Maybe it'll do for you?
By the way, I've deleted the other post you made on this same topic. Not only are duplicate posts confusing, they also fragment the conversation and make it hard to follow along. Plus, it's against the rules. So, please, keep any and all updates or follow-ups on this issue to this thread. Thanks.
