SIP client and the VPN

Hi All;

Anyone can advise me the VPN existed with the SIP software that can be installed at ipad (like siphone or other software), what kind of VPN? Is it working with OpenVPN or IPSec or what exactly?

Appreciate if there is a link that explain this VPN in a detailed way.
