siri not open apps

i did a full restore from 5.1.1 to 6.1 then once 6.1 booted up normal i jailbroke my ipad then i restored with backups and siri wont open any apps says i dont seem to have a app named skype same for all others even the ones installed by defualt but siri works on all other stuff

hi,

Turn off siri, restart ipad and then turn on again. Does it helps? You could try to restore it again from backup.
