Skype App - Only on unmodified iOS?

So now that I've jailbroken my iPad, the official Skype app is giving me this message:

...Should I be worried? Will Skype still work? Will they somehow ban my account or something, for using a jailbroken iOS?

If I can't use it, not a big deal. Really the only reason I use it instead of IM+ is because IM+ does not support logging into Microsoft accounts via Skype...are there any 3rd party IM apps that support that?

Have you downloaded xcon from Cydia... If not.. I think Skype will still work.. It used to for me at least

Yeah, installed xcon and it's not giving me that message anymore. Yay.
