Skype on Ipad2

Hi!
my problem appeared recently, If my skype app is open, then I see if someone is texting or calling me, but if I am surfing on internet or other app, skype nomore sends me a notification if someone is calling me or write a message that moment. I see that only then, when i am opening it. Why that? Before everything was ok. I am reinstal skype app several times, but nothing changes.

Did you check under your settings to see if the notification was accidentally turned off for your Skype app? Check and see if it is off, than turn back and give it a try.

Yes, all the time it is on.. Also I was turned off and again on, but nothing happens. Maybe I need to restore my Ipad. I dont wana do this restore.
