Skype Phone on iPad 3

If someone calls me Skype-to-Skype I get a notification on my iPad (as long as I am online) even if the Skype app is not active. However, if someone calls my Skype telephone number I do not get the notification. When the Skype app is active the incoming call rings. Is there a way to tell the iPad to ring the Skype app for an incoming call even if the Skype app is not open?

Go to Settings. Click on Skype. Click Notifications. Turn notifications on.

you can use skype very easily on you iPad.This is exactly the same problem which i faced last month.
so i search one site from search engine that resolved my issue.so you can also get help regarding this problem...
