some apps , face book videos does not give the sound......

Good afternoon friends....
I have a problem with the ipad 4 from the past two days...
I played games,watched videos in facebook frequently...\
But for the past 2 days...i donno the reason but they suddenly stopped giving the sound...the video plays but with no audio....
In december i had similar problem for which i did restore the factory settings and this solved the problem...
But now it dint work guys...
Please help me in figuring this out

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Have a look to see if your Mute setting is switched on. Go to settings/general/side switch/Mute-unchecked.
