As you may have noted I'm new to the iPad.My question is (in a quick and easy format) How do I move pictures from
My lap top or camera to my iPad, thanks for any and all support, thanks

For your camera you need the camera adapter. For the pics on your laptop you only needed to sync your ipad and laptop with itunes.

You can also use Dropbox which is a free app in the catalog. It works very well. You install it on your computer and iPad and can then view the pictures anywhere you want (in Dropbox).

I really don't like itunes all that much. It gets confusing sometimes and if you don't do it just right you can erase pictures and video from your pad. That is why I was really excited when a member here suggested Dropbox. Now I don't have to go through itunes to put pictures on.

Second or third for Dropbox. I move photos around all the time with it. Do use the CC for files from camera to Ipad, but I then upload from the cards to my main computer and Lightroom, Photoshop also I like some photos on the Ipad just for viewing but often replace those with processed RAWs from Lightroom later--via Dropbox.

Theres also a Photo Transfer app which allows you to drag and drop photos through a browser on and off your iPad without going through iTunes.

I just got the Dropbox app and it looks really cool. A lot better than going through iTunes IMO. Thanks!!
