Sorting Cells in Numbers

How do I sort a group of cells (not the entire spreadsheet) in Numbers?
For example: I want to sort the data based on entries in column 2 but only on rows 1 - 30 of a 50 row spreadsheet.

You can't. You can only sort based on a column, and the entire spreadsheet by that column.
