Sound trouble

Hi I was wondering if someone can tell me how to fix my sound. No clicks on keypad and my games sounds are off. YouTube works fine. Please Help!

Sounds like the iPad is muted. Check the side switch. If you can see an orange dot, it's muted. Slide it toward the volume controls.
