This is really for an iphone. The speaker no longer works when I pull up a word to be pronounced. My volume is up but when I tap on the icon nothing happens. What can I do. Thanks.

Hello - first, tell us which iPhone you own and what iOS is installed - may help. Second, have you tried a reset (terminology has changed), i.e. hold down both the ON-OFF & HOME buttons until the Apple logo appears, the device will reboot - see if that helps. Dave
