Specifics IE favorites to Safari

I keep reading that the easy way to "move" your IE favorites to iPad's Safari is to sync via iTunes. I am new to iTunes, so PLEASE tell me how to do this?

It is not really a move, it is just a copy.

With you iPad connected to your computer, go to the "Info" tab and look down about 2/3 under the " other" area you will see a checkbox to sync your Windows / Safari bookmarks. Check it and sync, you're done.
