Spotify crash

Hello and greetings from Holland in advance.

I like using SPOTIFY (free version), but after using and listening for some time it crashes in the beginning of a song after 10 seconds, then after 10 seconds of waiting it moves on.

Does anyone has a solution or does it happen to You?

Hello! Welcome to iPF. Seems a problem with the app, but here are a few things you can try.

FORCE CLOSE APPS

iOS 7 : Perform a 4-finger upward swipe to reveal the multitasking window. Perform a single finger swipe on the app you want to close. Open the app again.

iOS 6 : Press the home button 2 times to reveal the multitasking window. Tap on an icon until they start jiggling. Press the minus (-) sign to close the app. Open it again.

HARD RESET : Press and hold the home and power button for 10-20 seconds until Apple logo appears. You will NOT loose any data.
