Stickies or widgets ... how to change or remove

I clicked on a post icons, stickies or widget or what ever they are called ... ended up with thumbs down...didn't want that ... trying to change it or kill it in the title.
Edit the message works fine ... but not in the title

How do I do that? Thanks
