Hi, my memory on my iPad 2 says I have used 23 gigs in memory. But I have added my apps mem up and it only adds up to 3.5 gigs and also have no videos on my pad. Why is it telling me this and where has my 20 gigs gone.?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

First of all if you start with a 64gb iPad like the one I have, you lose about 6gb just with the system.
You'll find that's it's not as simple as just adding up your apps and thinking that's all an app takes up. Some gaming apps especially those town building ones, are taking up more space with what you input into the game.
What else do you have on your iPad? Go to Settings - General - Usage - Manage Storage and have a look at what your iPad is storing here with all your apps. There is so many things to consider here, but that's just a start.
