Strange quirk I have noticed iPad changing word "I" to "PIZZA"

Last night, I was typing in Facebook in a comment under a thread. I began my sentence with "I" and it autocorrected itself to "PIZZA." I dont know how it happened. I slightly remember my finger stumbling on the I key. I was docked.

Same thing happened again tonight but I didnt notice until I had hit send. No biggie, just odd.

Does anyone know what the deal is with this quirk? I can't find anything online about it. I can't even purposely
re-create this. I have the new iPad. it has only happened twice, but just got it in the beginning of April.

I forgot to mention... I use Facebook in safari.

That is strange and more so if you can't recreate it happening. I did think someone may have created a shortcut. Settings - General - Keyboard. I can't say why this is happening.

Yesterday I was entering an appointment in the Calendar on my iPhone. When I typed the word "Anwalt" (means lawyer in German) it changed automatically to "Sneaky"! I was in his office at the moment and laughed my a$$ off. He asked what was so funny and I said I couldn't tell him.

You can add words so it doesn't substitute under settings. Add a phrase under settings - general - keyboard - shortcuts and leave the shortcut blank and it won't find a substitute any more

It is strange that it does this only occasionally. It did the PIZZA thing once again today, and also sometimes changes "I" to "PEI". It is very strange and just quirky. It seems to happen once a day for each change up. I find it kinda humorous but also find it odd that this quirk has not been noticed by others.

I has only happened in Facebook while commenting under a thread where I start with I. I use safari and view in full site mode.

I have checked my settings and no one has snuck this in on me. I guess I sound kinda crazy.
