streaming on Ipad?

I am joining the IPAD forum out of reason I've got IPAD4 and would like to collect some hints and tips about best usage of this equipment.

As I am used to use live streaming videos, my first concern is how I can accomplish this task using the IPAD...

Where are they stored?
Are you wanting to stream via wifi or 3g?
