My iPad mini 2(wifi+3g) has been locking up on a black screen and I have to reset it. so I decide to reset it based off of Apple Support Communites....I plug in to iTunes and it says "in recovery mode" i must restore it. So i click "restore" it goes through the process of extracting the software and the moves on to "preparing ipad to be restored" well the status bar shows its complete but its still stuck on this step and wont move on.....it has been stuck for nearly 4hrs!!!!! Some one please HELP or give me some suggestions!!
