Superimpose live picture of camera to text

does anyone know a simple App which can superimpose the live camera picture with text (may be also with objects)


The result will be that I see the text or the drawing over the live camera picture of the iPad/iPhone.

We could say: a notepad App where the background is not paper but the live content of the built in camera
