Syncing ipad2 mac/pc

Ok I got a new ipad2 and I am anxious to configure it and play around with it. I only have access to a pc for the next couple of days but back home I will be using a mac. My question to those more knowledgeable is there a foreseeable issue if I upload itunes with the pc now but intend to use a mac as my main computer?

Should be fine. If you buy apps and such on your existing iTunes account, they'll stick with your account even if you synch to a different computer later.
