Syncing to Folders on Ipad 2?

I am running a Macbook Pro through a Bretford PowerSync Cart to sync 20 iPad2s at a K-4 elementary school. We will be using the iPads for Math, Reading, Art, Music etc. Everything is syncing wonderfully so far.

But I would like to organize the apps by subject (math, reading, art, music etc.) into folders. Is there a way to auto-sync apps to specific folders on each iPad? I can only figure out how to do it manually. With 20 iPads (and more on the way) this is incredible tedious.
